Privacy Policy

This text explains which personal data the site processes, for what purpose and for how long it is kept. The site has no forms, no cookies and no tracking code, so the data processed is limited.

Tools this site does not use

None of the following is used on this site:

No cookies of any kind.
No analytics tool runs here; there is no tracking code, Google Analytics included.
No contact or quotation form; the pages send data to no address.
No third-party requests such as embedded maps, font networks, chat widgets or ad networks. The “Open in maps” beside the address is an ordinary link, not an embedded map; no request reaches Google unless you click it.
No accounts, no login, no user profiles.

Legal basis

We process your personal data on the following legal bases:

Performance of a contract (KVKK art. 5/2-c; GDPR art. 6/1-b) — your enquiry and our reply.
Legitimate interest (KVKK art. 5/2-f; GDPR art. 6/1-f) — running the site and protecting it against abuse.

Cookies

This site uses no cookies. That is why there is no cookie consent banner.

The only thing we store in your browser is your light/dark theme choice. It is not a cookie but a single line in your browser’s local storage, and it is never sent to the server.

Service providers and international transfer

The site is hosted by Hostinger, whose servers are located outside Türkiye. The server logs described above therefore arise abroad.

We transfer data to no other service provider. Our email correspondence runs on our own email infrastructure.

If you follow the map link beside the address you leave for Google Maps, and Google’s own privacy policy applies from that point. The link is marked so that Google is not told which site you came from.

Transfer to third parties and sale

We do not sell, rent or transfer your personal data to any third party for marketing purposes, and we transfer nothing to ad networks.

Security

The site is served entirely over HTTPS, and an HSTS header tells your browser to use a secure connection only.

Even so, no transmission over the internet is completely secure. When sharing drawings or specifications that are trade secrets, we recommend the corporate channels we agree on with you.

Your rights

Under KVKK art. 11 and, if you are visiting from the European Union, the GDPR, you have the right to:

Learn whether your personal data is processed and, if so, request information about it.
Learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used accordingly.
Know the third parties, in Türkiye or abroad, to whom the data is transferred.
Request correction if the data is incomplete or inaccurate.
Request erasure or destruction where the conditions are met.
Request that correction and erasure be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred.
Object to a result against you arising from analysis carried out solely by automated systems.
Claim compensation if you suffer damage from unlawful processing.

To exercise these rights, write to the email address shown on this page. We conclude requests within thirty days at the latest.

If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you retain the right to lodge a complaint with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board.

Changes

We update this text as the data flows on the site change. The current version is always published at this address and the date under the heading changes with it.
